Prepare for this salad to knock your socks off and get you ready for flip-flops. Best. Salad. Ever.
12 ounces salad greens (spring mix)
½ cup dried Wisconsin cranberries
½ cup pecan halves
6 ounces Wisconsin blue cheese
2 whole apples (cored and sliced)
¼ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
¼ cup of Wisconsin maple syrup
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Salt and black pepper
Add the greens, cranberries, pecans, cheese and apples into a large salad bowl
Mix the olive oil, Dijon, maple syrup and vinegar in a small jar and sprinkle with salt and pepper. But the lid on the jar and shake well to mix.
